• Top rubber cover: 2–8 mm thick, heat-resistant and abrasion-resistant.

• Fabric carcass: EP/NN, 2–6 plies, tensile strength from EP100–EP400.

• Bottom rubber cover: 1.5–5 mm thick, anti-friction.

• Heat resistance levels:

  • T1: 100–125°C

  • T2: 150–175°C

  • T3: 200–250°C

  • T4: 300–400°C (intermittent)

• Tensile strength: ≥ 12–18 MPa

• Elongation at break: ≤ 4%

• Adhesion strength: ≥ 4.5 N/mm

• Abrasion loss: ≤ 200 mm³

• Belt width: 300–2200 mm

• Overall thickness: 8–25 mm

• Roll length: 50–200 m
