Structure & Technical Specifications:

• Belt material: High-quality thermoplastic Polyurethane (PU).

• Tensile reinforcement: Kevlar or steel cords.

• Hole diameter: 3 mm – 10 mm (customizable).

• Hole spacing: Customized, uniform or according to technical drawings.

• Surface: Smooth, or rubber-coated (red, green) to increase friction.

• Belt width / thickness: Custom-made to suit machine requirements (e.g. 10 mm, 25 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm).

• Belt thickness: Typically 1.2 mm – 1.5 mm, or thicker depending on belt type.
